Sean Hurley focuses his practice primarily in the areas of insurance coverage, healthcare litigation, and subrogation recovery.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hurley was a law clerk at a litigation firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he gained experience conducting legal research for both civil and criminal matters in state and federal court.  As a law clerk, Mr. Hurley also gained experience drafting appellate briefs for civil and criminal cases.

Mr. Hurley graduated summa cum laude from law school, and he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Property, Trusts and Estates, and Income Taxation.  While in law school, Mr. Hurley served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review.
